These terms govern your booking of a home-based massage with Calmera Home Massage ("we", "us", "our"). By booking a treatment you agree to these terms.
We provide professional home-based Swedish massage in our calm, private treatment room in Luton & Dunstable. The massage table, fresh linens and oils are provided.
Bookings are made via WhatsApp. Once we've agreed a date, time and address, we will send you a payment link or bank transfer details. Your appointment is only confirmed once payment has been received in full. All treatments must be booked in advance.
Payment is required upfront via the Stripe link we send you (card or Apple Pay), or by bank transfer if you prefer. We do not accept cash. Refunds, where applicable under our cancellation policy, are returned to the original payment method.
You must disclose any medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy or medications before your treatment. We may decline or adapt a treatment if we consider it unsafe. Massage is not a substitute for medical advice.
Please provide a clean, warm, private space of roughly 3m × 2m with room for the massage table. Anyone else present must be respectful of the therapist.
Calmera Home Massage has a zero-tolerance policy towards abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour. Our therapists have the right to end a treatment immediately if they feel unsafe. In these cases, no refund will be given and future bookings may be refused.

We hold professional insurance. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the treatment. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
