What should I expect?+
Your therapist prepares a calm, private treatment room in their home with a professional massage table, fresh linens, towels and premium oils. After a short chat about pressure and focus areas, you undress to your comfort level under the towels and relax for your full treatment time.
What do I need to prepare?+
Just arrive on time and ready to relax. Shower before if possible and let us know any medical conditions, injuries or pregnancy when you book. We provide everything in our home treatment room.
How and when do I pay?+
Payment is required upfront to secure your booking. Once we've agreed a time on WhatsApp, we'll send you a secure Stripe link to pay by card or Apple Pay. If you prefer, you can also pay by bank transfer — just ask and we'll send our details. Your slot is only confirmed once payment is received. We do not accept cash.
What is your cancellation policy?+
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged at 50%. No-shows are charged in full.
How far in advance should I book?+
Same-day slots are often available, but 24–48 hours notice gives the best chance of your preferred time. Weekends book up faster.
Is there a policy on inappropriate behaviour?+
Yes. Calmera Home Massage has a zero-tolerance policy towards abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour. Our therapists have the right to end a treatment immediately if they feel unsafe. No refund will be given in these cases and future bookings may be refused.
